You must be admitted and committed to Tulane for fall 2015 to fill out this reservation form for New Student Orientation. You will log in with your newly assigned Tulane e-mail address and create your own password. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address (not including the @tulane.edu part). We recommend using a password that is familiar to you to avoid any confusion!

Before you make your reservation, we strongly recommend that you review the information on session dates, fees, detailed schedules and travel resources on our New Student Orientation web pages: hhttp://tulane.edu/studentaffairs/orientation/programs/new-student-orientation/nso-index.cfm

NOTE: You'll see the number available spaces in each session once you log in to this reservation system.

If you need to modify an existing reservation, go to the different pages of the reservation by using the navigation check boxes on the left side of the screen or use the "save and continue" arrows at the bottom of the screen.

If you need to cancel an existing reservation, use the "Send a Message" tab at the top right portion of the screen to tell us you need to cancel. We will request a credit to the card used to make the payment. Allow 14 days for processing since processing times vary by banks and credit card companies.

Cancellation requests received by Monday, May 18, 2015, 11:59 PM CST will be refunded in full. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all requests received after 12:00 AM CST Tuesday, May 19, 2015. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows.
