You must be admitted and committed to Tulane for Fall 2012 to fill out this reservation form for New Student Orientation. You will log in with your newly assigned Tulane e-mail address and password. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address (not including the @tulane.edu part).

NOTE on space availability: As of June 11, 2012, sessions 4 - 7 are full and CLOSED. There are spaces in session #8-June 26-27 and #9-June 28-29, but sign up soon! You'll see the exact number of available spaces in each session once you log in to this reservation system.
If you need to modify an existing reservation, including changing session dates, just log in again and make and save the changes.
If you need to cancel an existing reservation, use the "Send a Message" tab at the top right portion of the screen to tell us you need to cancel. We will request a credit to the card used to make the payment. Allow 14 days for processing since processing times vary by banks and companies.
Cancellation requests received by Monday, May 21, 2012, 11:59 PM CDT will be refunded in full. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all requests received after 12:00 AM CDT Tuesday, May 22, 2012. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows.
